TopSail^® is a soil surfactant, which is an EO/PO class blended chemistry designed for fine textured soils. It is a product that is economical for use on golf course fairways, roughs, or athletic fields that are not sand capped or predominantly composed of sandy soils. This penetrant was formulated to break surface tension so that both applied water and rainfall can quickly penetrate the mat layer directly into the soil.

By enabling water to infiltrate where it lands it will reduce runoff and save upwards of 30%-40% of applied water on irrigated properties. TopSail is a 100% active formulation consisting of a blend of surfactants and our proprietary seaweed extract. Adding seaweed extract to a surfactant maximizes the plant’s health, hardiness, performance, nutrient uptake, stress tolerance, and quality.
